Refunds and Cancellations
What happens to your money when you cancel, when a session is cancelled or rained out, and who arranges refunds and credits.
How payment works here
The Drop records payments; it does not take them. You pay the club directly, at the desk or by transfer, and the club marks the payment against your registration. Cards are not processed online.
Cancelling your own registration
Cancelling frees your spot for the next person but does not refund or credit you by itself. Any money back is arranged by club staff.
Refunds and credits
Staff can settle a cash refund outside the app or issue club credit you can use towards that club's future bookings. Either is capped at what you actually paid.
Court bookings
A paid court booking you cancel yourself before the club's cancellation cutoff is credited back in full automatically. After the cutoff, it's the club's call.
Rain, cancellations by the club
When a club cancels or rains out a session, staff issue credit or a refund according to that club's own policy.
